Bouygues Group receives WorldLingo Multilingual Email Award
The Bouygues Group has been awarded a WorldLingo Multilingual Email Award (WMEA), after it was the fastest French company to respond to an email written in a foreign language.
WorldLingo conducted a survey of the World's largest companies. Each company was sent an email in a foreign language to gauge whether they had the multilingual capabilities to reply to the message.
Only 8.9% of the world's companies replied to the email correctly and in the same language as the original message, with the Bouygues Group having the fastest response time from a German company of seven hours and 37 minutes.
The WMEA is awarded to each company with the fastest response time from their country. The response must come within 24 hours.
