WorldLingo reduces patent translation burden
WorldLingo has a global network of language translators, which includes a group of legal translation specialists, who will reduce the time and effort of translating complex legal patents.
Phil Scanlan, the Chairman of WorldLingo, said the area of patent translation will be well serviced by WorldLingo.
"We will have the resources and expertise to achieve simultaneous worldwide translation and delivery into dozens of different languages," Mr. Scanlan said.
WorldLingo is also confident that the cost of the translation service will compare favorably with competitors.
Mr. Scanlan said this is possible because WorldLingo is utilizing the immediacy and global nature of the Internet to improve human translation services.
"Our translators are based in the native country of their language, and we have a 24 hour a day, seven day a week service."
"This is possible because we use the Internet as our means of distributing the tasks and communicating with both the translators and customers."
Mr. Scanlan said the method of communicating the tasks also reduced the costs to the customer.
"The Internet allows us to match the customer with a client in a very quick fashion."
WorldLingo can also provide a quick machine translation of text on the Internet, if the legal professional wishes to gain the gist of the document.
The machine translations, which come with an instant quote for human translation work, are also useful for communications with the growing sector of non-English speaking Internet users
Forrester Research predicts by 2005 less than a third of Internet users will be able to speak English.
"This will make it vital for businesses (lawyers) who use the Internet, to be translation capable if they want to gain International clients," Mr. Scanlan said.
"If you speak in your customers native tongue, they are three times more likely to establish a business relationship."
WorldLingo's breakthrough solution provides a powerful web based solution that combines the best of machine translation - speed and cost - with the best of human translations - accuracy.
